Eligibility

To ensure fairness and quality for every woman who chooses Linvee, items must meet the following criteria:

• The piece must be unused and in its original condition.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Once your request is approved, your exchange or refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Important Notes

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• A 75 EGP handling fee will be deducted from refunds or applied to exchanges.
• Items purchased on sale or during promotional periods are not eligible for return.
