At Linvee, each piece is crafted with intention and care. If your order does not feel right for you, we offer a simple and transparent process for exchanges or returns.
You may submit an exchange or return request within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility
To ensure fairness and quality for every woman who chooses Linvee, items must meet the following criteria:
The piece must be unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
Once your request is approved, your exchange or refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Important Notes
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
A 75 EGP handling fee will be deducted from the refund or applied to exchanges.
Items purchased on sale or during promotional periods may not be eligible for return.
